  Fantastic team and great value! Highly recommend Enterprise ! What really set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to Bruno at the counter, who was incredibly helpful, explained the fuel and insurance policies clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before driving off.

  I rented a FORD TRCU V220 from this Enterprise branch, 5-9/5/2026, a very good experience! The van was spotless and handled the load(s) I was carrying effortlessly, and the van was space-age to say the least, the only things missing were Scotty and Spock! The people who served me at Enterprise were very helpful and knowledgeable, the price was reasonable, and the overall experience was top-drawer, many thanks!

  Terrible customer service, will provide the wrong vehicle, and one that costs considerably more in fuel and time for the use and distance the vehicle was booked for, do not listen when asked why a electric not fuel vehicle is given or offer an alternative, do not provide adequate lessons on using an electric vehicle, delay fuel repayment for months and fail to reply to emails until escalated.

  You have ridiculous insurance policy, and trying to bump up costs with the fuel. But the most important thing is I have returned the vehicle it's all been signed off and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned 2 workingdays later. You took payment immediately but making me wait for it to be returned, I have been trying to call the branch all day and nobody answers the phone. So I have no option but to take time off work at my expense to go down there to sort out my refund. Terrible service
